Does Keloa do outbound prospecting?
No. Keloa is reactive, it handles visitors who reach out to you on your chat widget or by email. For cold-email, sequences, account-based outreach, or LinkedIn prospecting, pair Keloa with a dedicated outbound tool. Keloa runs the inbound front door, those tools run the outbound engine.
Will the AI invent pricing or features it does not have a source for?
No, by design. The AI only answers from your indexed pages and only when retrieved sources cover the question above the confidence threshold (default 70%). Below threshold, it escalates to a human with the question and context instead of hallucinating. Every claim above threshold carries a citation link to the source page.
Can the AI push leads into our CRM?
Yes, via the custom HTTP tool. Configure a webhook URL once with the JSON payload schema your CRM expects. The AI calls the webhook when qualification completes: contact, transcript, AI summary, and source page land in your CRM record. Native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations are on the roadmap.
Can the AI book a meeting?
It can drop a scheduling link (Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar appointment URL) configured on the agent and route the prospect to it. It does not run a full calendar-availability negotiation today, the visitor picks a slot on your scheduling tool. The conversation transcript and AI summary land on the booked meeting record so your rep walks in prepped.
Which channels does it work on for sales?
Chat widget and email today. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger are on the roadmap. If your prospects research on the website and DM on LinkedIn, the chat widget catches the website half today, LinkedIn DMs are not a Keloa channel.
Will the AI gate pricing behind 'contact sales'?
Only if you tell it to. By default it answers pricing questions directly from your pricing page, with a citation. If your sales motion requires gating pricing for enterprise deals, you can configure the agent to route pricing questions above a certain seat count to a human. Decide which model you want before shipping.
How is 'qualified' defined?
You define it in the agent's system prompt and in the custom HTTP webhook trigger. Typical pattern: the AI fires the webhook when ICP fit is confirmed (via qualifying questions) and intent is high (asks for a demo, mentions contract, asks for pricing above a seat threshold). Tune both per agent. Hot leads route to your reps in seconds with a clean summary.
