Which Instagram accounts can I connect to Keloa?
Instagram professional accounts, Business or Creator, that are linked to a Facebook Page you manage. You connect them in Keloa under Integrations, then Instagram, by continuing with Meta and picking the Page. Personal Instagram accounts can't be connected, because Instagram only opens DMs to business tools for professional accounts.
How long can the AI agent reply to an Instagram DM?
Instagram allows automated replies for 24 hours after the customer's last message, and Keloa's AI agent answers inside that window. After it, the AI agent stops and the reply box locks. If you turn on the extended reply window (needs Meta's Human Agent approval), teammates can follow up for up to 7 days. A new message from the customer opens the window again.
Do story replies and comments come into Keloa?
Replies to your stories arrive as DMs, so they land in the Keloa inbox like any other message. Comments on posts and reels stay in Instagram: Keloa handles direct messages only, so your team keeps moderating comments in Instagram itself.
