What's next for Keloa.
The product moves fast. Here is what we are building next, grouped by where it lands. If something on this list would unblock you, hit "Notify me" and we will let you know the day it ships.
More inboxes to plug into.
Web chat and email are live today. These channels join the queue next.
WhatsApp Business
Two-way WhatsApp Business via the official Cloud API. Templates, opt-in handling, and the same AI replies that ship on chat and email today.
Instagram DMs
Direct messages on your Instagram business account routed into the same inbox as everything else. Story replies included.
Facebook Messenger
Page Messenger conversations for businesses still doing real volume on Meta. Same AI, same handoffs, same audit trail.
Shopify storefront chat
Native chat widget rendered inside the Shopify theme, with the customer logged into their account. Order status, returns, and product Q&A out of the box.
Connect Keloa to the rest of your stack.
Shopify ships today. The integrations below are scoped and queued.
HubSpot
Two-way contact and deal sync. Conversations and AI summaries land on the contact timeline.
Salesforce
Accounts, contacts, and case sync for teams already on Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud.
Notion
Connect a Notion workspace as a knowledge source. Pages and databases sync into the AI's grounding pool, with cite-back to the source.
Zapier
Trigger Keloa events into anything Zapier supports, and run Zaps when a conversation closes, escalates, or drops below a confidence threshold.
WooCommerce
Order status, refunds, and product Q&A for stores on WooCommerce, with the same agent tools we ship for Shopify today.
For larger teams that have to ask the security questions.
Built for compliance, audit, and identity teams.
SSO (SAML / OIDC)
Enterprise single sign-on via SAML and OIDC for identity teams that own provisioning. Scale plan only.
Audit log export UI
Export every audit event to CSV or JSON on demand, plus scheduled deliveries to S3 or GCS for SIEM ingestion. Scale plan only.
A public surface for builders.
Internal tooling exists today. Public, stable, documented endpoints are next.
Public REST API
A documented, versioned, token-authenticated REST surface over conversations, contacts, knowledge, and agents. Builds on the internal API that powers the app today.
Webhooks API
Subscribe to events on conversations, AI replies, escalations, and CSAT, with retries, signing, and a delivery log. Internal endpoints exist; the public surface is what's coming.
Roadmap questions, answered.
When will WhatsApp ship?
No committed date yet. Track the WhatsApp item on this page and hit Notify me to be told the day it ships. If you need WhatsApp before signing, contact sales, we will tell you whether it is weeks, next quarter, or not soon enough for you.
When will the public REST API ship?
No committed date yet. The internal API exists today (you can issue tokens in settings) but it is not a stable, versioned, documented contract, endpoints can change. Do not build production code against it. The planned formalisation is a versioned public REST API with rate limits and stability guarantees.
Will Keloa ever support voice or phone?
No. Voice is out of scope by design. Keloa is text-only: three channels live today (chat widget, email, Slack), with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger on the roadmap. If voice is required, pair Keloa with a separate voice or CCaaS tool.
Can I vote on or request features?
Two ways to influence the order. (1) Click Notify me on the roadmap items you care about, that signals demand we track. (2) Tell sales which features would unblock you on a specific contract. Items linked to active pipeline win. We do not run a public voting tool because vote-stuffing distorts what real customers need.
What's not on the roadmap?
Voice or phone support. Full white-label rebranding of the operator UI. A general-purpose workflow engine like Zapier. A CRM with deals and pipeline. A marketing automation tool with email sequences and drip campaigns. We pick the next thing carefully; the things above are deliberate not-on-list, not pending.
Where does Keloa publish ship dates after a feature lands?
Items move from 'planned' categories into 'Live today' on the roadmap the day they ship in production. A dedicated changelog page is in flight. Until that ships, the roadmap is the source of truth for what is live and what is coming.
Does Keloa ever remove items from the roadmap?
Yes, when an item turns out to be the wrong shape, when demand evaporates, or when a third-party API change makes it impractical. Removed items get a one-line note ('Removed: reason') rather than being silently dropped. We would rather be honest about a change in direction than pretend a planned feature is still planned.
