Who we are
Keloa B.V. ("Keloa", "we") is a company registered in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, KvK 87654321). We act as the data controller for personal data we collect about visitors to keloa.ai, and as a data processor for personal data our customers process through the Keloa platform.
What we collect
We collect the minimum data required to operate the website and the product. On the marketing site, that includes basic analytics (anonymized page views, referrer, user agent) and any data you submit through forms (name, email, company). We do not run ad-tech trackers.
Inside the product, the data we process on behalf of our customers ("Customer Data") is governed by our Data Processing Agreement and the sub-processor list, not this policy.
How we use it
Marketing-site data is used to operate and improve the site, respond to your inquiries, and send transactional emails (e.g. demo confirmations). We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Where it lives
All personal data is hosted in the European Union, primarily in Amsterdam (AMS1 and AMS3 regions). We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without an applicable transfer mechanism (SCCs).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Email privacy@keloa.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Marketing leads are retained for 24 months from the last interaction, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days for backup purposes.
