A channel is an inbound conversation surface — a place customers reach you, like the chat widget or an email address. An integration is a connected third-party app — like Shopify or a custom HTTP endpoint — that your AI pulls data from or takes actions in. They are counted separately, so connecting Shopify never uses up a channel slot.

What counts as an "AI reply"?
Each time the AI writes back to a customer it costs 1 credit on standard models, or 3 credits on premium frontier models. One conversation can include many replies.
What happens when I run out of credits?
By default the AI pauses and incoming messages still arrive. Turn on auto-recharge in billing settings and Keloa buys 1,000 extra credits for €30 the moment your remaining credits drop below 10%, so your AI never hits a hard stop mid-conversation.
Do you charge per seat?
Each plan includes a fixed number of operator seats (Starter 1, Growth 2, Business 5, Scale 25). If you need more, upgrade, we don't nickel-and-dime per teammate.
Which channels are live today?
Chat widget, email, and Slack, all fully shipped. The AI agent answers end-to-end on each one (DMs, @mentions, and threads inside Slack), cites its sources, and hands off cleanly when it can't help. WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Messenger are next on the roadmap. We focus on the surfaces SMBs actually use, instead of stretching thin across every DM platform.
Is there a free trial?
Starter is free forever, no card needed. Paid plans don't have a free-trial window, but every plan is cancel-anytime, so the cost of trying Growth or Business is one month if it isn't a fit.
Can I cancel anytime?

Do you offer non-profit or startup pricing?

Which AI models count as premium (3-credit) replies?
Standard replies (1 credit) use fast, capable models that handle the large majority of support questions. Premium replies (3 credits) use frontier models — currently Anthropic's Claude Opus and OpenAI's GPT-class flagship — for the hardest reasoning, long-context, or nuanced cases. You choose the model per AI agent, so you only pay the premium rate where you opt in.
