Today your AI can call any endpoint you own through the Custom HTTP tool, give it a URL, headers, and a schema and it shows up as a tool the agent can use. A stable public REST API for ingesting data into Keloa is on our roadmap.

Does Keloa integrate with Shopify natively?
Yes. One OAuth click in Settings, Integrations, Shopify. The AI gets a Shopify order-lookup tool the moment you connect, and your products and policies sync into the knowledge base. No Zapier, no middleware, no separate webhook config.
Does Keloa have a public REST API?
Not yet. A documented, versioned, token-authenticated public REST API for ingesting data into Keloa is on the roadmap. The closest thing today is the custom HTTP tool: the AI agent can call any endpoint you own, which covers most cases (CRM lookups, inventory checks, refund APIs).
Can the AI agent call our own backend?
Yes, via the custom HTTP tool. Configure URL, method, headers, and optional placeholders. The AI calls it like any other function when the description matches the customer's question. 30 second max timeout, 64 KB response cap, one automatic retry on 5xx errors.
Does Keloa support HubSpot or Salesforce?
HubSpot is live as an AI action: the agent can look up and create HubSpot leads mid-conversation. Salesforce is on the roadmap. For Salesforce today, the custom HTTP tool can call any Salesforce REST endpoint from inside a conversation, enough to enrich a single reply with CRM data.
Which channels does Keloa support?
Five are live today: the web chat widget, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. WhatsApp runs on the official Business platform, and Instagram and Messenger DMs land in the same unified inbox. The AI agent replies on every channel and hands off to a human when it can't help.
How many integrations can we connect?
Per plan: Starter 1 (shared bucket across Shopify and custom HTTP), Growth 3, Business 10, Scale unlimited. The bucket counts Shopify + every custom HTTP endpoint you configure. If you outgrow your plan's bucket, top up or step to the next tier.
Can we export our data from Keloa?
Yes. One-click export of conversations, contacts, and knowledge sources in CSV and JSON, free on every plan. Audit-log export is on the Scale plan. We never hold your data hostage; GDPR data-portability rights are built into the product.
