Acceptance
By creating an account or using Keloa, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.
The service
Keloa provides AI agents for customer service and sales, delivered as a web application accessible at app.keloa.ai and as a chat widget you embed on your own site. Subscription tiers and limits are described on our Pricing page.
Your data, your rights
You retain all rights to data you upload to or generate inside Keloa ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide the service and only as instructed by you, governed by our DPA.
Acceptable use
Don't use Keloa to spam, defraud, or harm anyone. Don't reverse-engineer the AI to extract our prompts or model weights. Don't use the platform to operate services that compete directly with Keloa.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel any time from your billing settings. Refunds are issued pro-rata for unused time on annual plans, when cancellation is for our breach.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. On termination, you can export your data in standard formats for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
Liability
Our total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
